Meet Lara Abdo, our inspiring athlete and elite coach, who comes from a business background, but is strongly committed to transforming lives of others through fitness.
Fueled by her personal athletic journey, Lara is on a mission to create positive impacts beyond wellness and physical activities. Tailoring workouts to each individual and their goals, Lara puts an emphasis on not only your physical health, but your overall mental wellbeing.
Known for her infectious energy and genuineness, Lara goes beyond training, and empowers those around her. She is constantly spreading positivity around her, leaving a mark wherever she goes.
For her, the ultimate reward is the transformation of her clients, both physically, and also overall wellbeing. She finds joy when her clients are confident and stronger every day. Lara is actively involved in racing and community events, which has inspired her to commit to a healthier lifestyle, ensuring her clients also receive the cutting-edge guidance they deserve.
Lara has won several competitions, including the Lebanese Hannibal Race 2023 where she stood 1st place overall. In the Lebanese training industry, Lara Abdo stands out as a beacon of inspiration.
Meet Johnny Habib, Interior Architect, who comes with more than 10 years of experience in the field.
Johnny’s success lies in his ability to transform abstract concepts into tangible creations. Fostering a culture of creativity, he encourages his team to think beyond conventional boundaries.
Johnny is passionate about Art, whether it’s drawing, painting, or planning. He believes architecture and sacred Arts are spirit related, and from that he was immersed in the world of iconography.
For him, the human being is at the center of his designs. Each person is unique and each design is unique to the end users needs. His positive impact on people around him is what makes him so successful and admired by those who know him.
Johnny and Lara met in 2023 in Lara’s fitness studio, where they agreed to create something together. Their passion in fashion, colors, and styling has led them to create a simple, yet high in quality clothing brand.
And so, “PHOENIX” was created, inspired by their characters, and is the start of something special proudly made in Lebanon.
